This project is concerned with an upgrade of a previous
document with the same title. Because no progress was made for quite
some time the project was temporarily abandoned, but has now been reactivated.
The project was coded as 510/26/87 in the previous blue book (1992-1993).
Progress:
The report has been finalized and got approval from the Division.
A provisional
document has been prepared by and distributed for review. The public
comment period will end 30 Apr. 2000.
